As per UPSC Notification for Civil Services Examination 2017, cut – off for the Preliminary stage had gone down due to the difficulty level of the paper. While for the Mains stage, subtle rise has been seen in the cut-off. Final cut-off marks portray the cut-throat competition and hard-work candidates had put into the Civil Services Examination preparation.
